This is almost all the scripting I used to build the Nervous Matrix. As I mentioned earlier, I have simplified things and reluctantly had to leave out a few of the elements from the sample actually running on my site. There, I have smoothed the fluctuation of the matrix as a whole, although the example that IΓÇÖve used here is static. I also used processing to avoid errors when the viewer presses the same key repeatedly to make a single cell particularly large. My aim here has been to give you all the basic script that you need to create a similar effect of your own.
